Our Terms & Conditions apply to all transactions on the www.australiantrublue.com.au website and are set out below.
Please read through these carefully before placing your order and then print a copy for your future reference.

1. Australiantrublue.com.au prices are displayed in Australian Dollars.

2. All prices are inclusive of GST where applicable.

3. All payments are automatically checked to make sure the Credit/Debit Card has not been reported lost or stolen before the payment is authorised.

4. All orders placed before 1pm are packaged and shipped the same day by Australia Post or Courier, and will generally arrive within 2 working days from the date you place your order if using our priority service. Orders placed on a Friday after 2pm may not be processed until Monday morning.

5. Goods and prices are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods.

6. Products may only be returned if unopened. All returns are subject to a return shipping fee and must be posted to:

7. All complaints will be acknowledged within 1 working day, although we try to acknowledge all complaints immediately. The customer will be informed of all progress.

9. Any transaction made through Australiantrublue.com.au will appear on your bank or credit card statement as Australian tru-blue.

2. We may change these terms from time to time without notice to you. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received.

3. The contract between us shall be governed by the laws of Australia and any dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Australia.
